Returns

We at Ilana Magen Art & Jewelry want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied, just send it back in its original “as shipped” to you condition, within 30 days from the date of receipt, for an exchange or a refund for the price of the item. No returns will be allowed, and all sales are final after the 30-day return period.
For Israeli customers - Our return policy is 14 days. If after 14 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange..

Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns for custom made jewelry - designed according to specific instructions and not according to the product specifications (examples: changes in length, thickness, printed dedication etc.)
No returns for Gift-Cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ilana Magen Art & Jewelry, Shvil Ha'alav 6, 4530221 Hod Hasharon, Israel
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
