Shipping policy

I am currently shipping to the following countries ONLY:

Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong-Kong, Italy, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Netherland, Norway, New-Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Taiwan, United Kingdom, USA.

 

All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification are obtained. Orders generally take up to 7 calendar days to make in my workshop before shipping.

 

Delivery Rates & Services

Domestic Delivery

Items are available for registered shipping within Israel via Israeli postal service. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. 

International Delivery

Items are available for shipping to the above countries. Estimated delivery time is 10-14 business days. Once we ship your package, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you may monitor the status of your package online.

Shipping Costs

Standard international shipping (1-3 weeks)                                 Free

  • All items will be shipped within 5-7 business days from payment confirmation.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our English site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate. Returns

By placing an order at Ilana Magen Art & Jewelry, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Ilana Magen Art & Jewelry - should you need to return something.
